It was surely a very pleasant stay during my current visit. I loved to be here, everything was superb. The hotel had a strategic and unbeatable location a few steps away from parking. All of the staff members were patient and attentive.

Clean, great budget hotel. Well-maintained and big rooms, very comfy bed. Fine food options. Polite and welcoming staff and marvellous location near shops! Also - not far from the shopping mall and masjid, Abidin mosque, and pasar payang and so on. A good stay during my current visit.

the only thing i didn't like was the fact that they sing at 5 in the morning (muslim religion, i know). but that was sooo loud you can hear it all through the town! very annoying when you want to sleep

In general: Hotel bercirikan islamik dan mesti dikunjungi sekali lagi apabila ke Kuala Terengganu. Location and surroundings: Berhampiran dengan masjid dan mudah ke bandar dengan berjalan kaki. Service: Layanan pekerja yang ramah dan cekap. Senyumannya sangat meyakinkan. Dining: Makanan yang mempunyai pelbagai pilihan, sedap dan enak. Sports and leisure: Kolam renang berasingan untuk lelaki dan perempuan. Sangat baik. Room: Bilik yang selesa dan bersih. Pancuran air di bilik mandi yang besar dan deras.

The Grand Puteri Hotel is a low-budget hotel with great food. Its location near the mosque, Central Market, Syahbandar jetty, and town center is very convenient.

Unfortunately the staff could not help at all with questions about Terengganu and possible further travel. The mosque next door is a bit loud at six in the morning.

This place is my top pick in the area. It's a simple yet fantastic hotel with a beautiful Islamic design. The rooms are new and well worth the price. The location is superb, especially with convenient parking nearby. 🌟

Decent spot! the place was pretty clean, the staff were super friendly and really helpful. My room was tidy and just right. Loved the yummy local breakfast. the location was right in the heart of things! 😊

The service provided was great! My room was huge with a big size, ashtray, a fridge, and a king bed as described. - the breakfast had a wide array of options and the food was delicious. - the staff was pleasant, very welcoming, and helped with the free parking.
